What are your hours of operation?
We are open seven days a week — please check our online schedule. Open-play sessions are 2 hours. Reservations are recommended.
Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes! We currently offer three birthday party packages — The DIY Party, The Haines Party and The Premium Party. See package details and pricing.
Do we need to bring non-slip socks?
Little Haines City grip socks are required for all walking children. They must be clean and may be reused during future visits. New pairs are available for purchase for $3.00. Parents and caregivers must also wear socks while inside the play area — adults may wear their own clean socks.
Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A waiver must be completed for each child before entering the play area and renewed every six months. Sign the waiver or read the full agreement.
Is there an age limit for children to play?
Our play equipment is designed for children ages 6 months to 8 years. Infants ages 0–5 months are free but must be held and may not use the equipment. Children ages 9 and older may enter as free guests but may not use the main play equipment. Access to the older-sibling area is $12.99, subject to availability, and includes Jenga, Connect 4, mini soccer, and more.
Do you have Wi-Fi available for parents?
Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available for parents and caregivers.
What is your policy for sick children?
To help protect our guests and staff, children showing signs of illness should remain home until fully recovered. We may deny entry or ask a family to leave if a child appears unwell or has a contagious condition.
Is there a membership option?
Yes! We offer monthly memberships with access during open-play hours, plus additional perks and discounts. The first child is $59.99 per month and each additional child is $39.99 per month. See membership details.
Can I bring a stroller inside?
To help keep walkways clear, we ask that strollers be left in your vehicle. Storage cubbies are available for diaper bags and other small belongings.
Do you charge a card transaction fee?
A 3% processing fee applies to credit-card payments. Little Haines City is a cashless facility and accepts debit and credit cards only.
Can I leave while my child plays?
No. A parent or guardian must remain inside the facility and be responsible for their child throughout the visit. Our team monitors the facility but does not provide childcare or one-on-one supervision.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Drinks and prepackaged snacks will be available for purchase and must be enjoyed in the designated lounge area.
How much is open play?
Open Play is $16.99 + tax for children ages 13 months–8 years and $6.99 + tax for infants ages 6–12 months. Infants 5 months and younger are free with a paid sibling admission.
Siblings ages 9–13 are $12.99 + tax for access to the sibling area.
How does the party reservation fee and reschedule policy work?
A $150 non-refundable reservation fee is charged securely by card at the time of booking and secures your party date and time. It is applied toward your party total. Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: A reservation fee is required to secure your selected party date and time. Upon payment, Little Haines City – Kick & Play LLC removes the reserved date and time from availability to other customers. Because the reservation fee compensates Little Haines City – Kick & Play LLC for reserving the space and declining other booking opportunities, the reservation fee is non-refundable and is not a security deposit. The remaining balance is due at the venue on party day. Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 72 hours before your party and your reservation fee transfers to the new date. Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedule requests inside 72 hours forfeit the reservation fee.
