A Clean, Supervised, Well-Run City

Grip socks are required for everyone in the play areas. Grip socks are included for all children in a party package. Adults must bring their own socks or purchase a pair at check-in for $3.00.

Little Haines City is not a drop-off facility. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must remain on site and actively supervise their children for the entire visit, including in the party rooms.

Guests follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions at all times. Rough play, climbing on structures not designed for climbing, food or drink in the play areas, and any behavior that puts another guest at risk are not permitted. Staff may end a visit when rules are not followed.

Every participating child must be covered by a valid signed waiver before entry. Waivers are valid for six months. Sign the waiver or read the full agreement.

Trained staff provide basic first aid for minor injuries and log every incident with the time, what happened, and the action taken. Guardians are notified. In an emergency, staff call 911 and arrange emergency medical care as authorized in the participant waiver.

Play areas and high-touch surfaces are routinely cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.

Our team is available throughout the facility to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Parents and guardians are responsible for actively supervising their children at all times.

Play equipment is routinely checked for safety and proper condition.
